I decided to book a hotel & do a staycation, so I booked Tricove because I liked the beds there. The sheets weren’t cleaned, nor the toilet. The staff was helpful & gave me clean sheets & I cleaned the toilet & tub before using it. The room had a pungent odor like cigarette smoke which I didn’t like. I stayed here before a few years ago & didn’t remember the rooms looking unkept, with the pungent smell & not properly clean. The staff was kind & helpful with whatever I needed. I won’t be staying here again.
